forever 21?

Recently I took a shopping trip to forever 21, the stock was excellent but their was some unfamiliar brands. Four of the shirts i purchased were from different companies other than forever 21, forever 21 copies a lot of designers but I have never seen any other brands in the store. Has anyone else noticed this comment below
